Just 3 weeks until the opening of the 21st Manchester Food and Drink Festival and this years has a whole host of amazing things to experience.

As always, the festival is all about celebrating the very best of Manchester’s incredible food and drink talent.

The main festival hub will be based in Albert Square and will be open from 12 Noon on Thursday 27th September, open daily 12:00-23:00, all the way through to Sunday 7th October 2018.

With the entire festival finishing off with the MFDF Gala Dinner and Awards on the 8th October.

This years hub is newly designed and will allow visitors to take part in some great new experiences, including cooking demos from the likes of Simon Wood and Jack Monroe or how about experiencing a Charcuterie Masterclass with Living Ventures Dave Critchley.

There will also be a Dining Dome, with a wide-ranging host of special dining events,  from Caviar and Champagne Tasting with Randall and Aubin, a Supper club hosted by Hatch or a Collaboration between The Rabbit and local brewers, Seven Bro7hers.

If all this wasn’t enough, there will be live music, bars and street food – keeping all visitors will fed and watered whilst enjoying the party vibe.

This years Manchester Food and Drink Festival is sure to be a massive hit once again with foodies travelling from far and wide to experience all that Manchester to have to offer in the world of Food and Drink.
