The warmer weather looks like it’s here to stay, and although the sun may not always be out, the flavours of glorious summer days can be found every day in Lisa Goodwin-Allen’s latest menu at luxury Lancashire hotel and Michelin stared restaurant, Northcote.

The new five-course Summer tasting menu, with accompanying wine flight, taps into the season’s most celebrated ingredients, delivering on flavour with all of the artistic flair that Lisa Goodwin-Allen is known for.

Summer Gourmet Menu

Developed by Executive Chef, Lisa Goodwin-Allen, the new five-course Summer Menu comes complete with a selection of award winning wines, accumulating in the epitome of fine dining, and professional and warm Northern hospitality.
