Eggslut Takes a Crack at Manchester — And We’re More Than Ready
Manchester’s breakfast scene is about to get a serious shake-up. After years of whispers, wishful thinking and countless “When are you coming up north?” comments, Eggslut is finally making its long-awaited move outside of London — and they’ve chosen Manchester as their very first stop. Opening at the end of January 2026, the all-day-breakfast favourite is gearing up to put the humble egg firmly in the spotlight on Deansgate.

Their new home? Centurion House, part of Bruntwood SciTech, perfectly positioned between Manchester’s grand Town Hall and the iconic John Rylands Library — with Spinningfields’ sleek restaurants and boutiques just a few steps away. It’s a location that makes a statement: Eggslut isn’t just arriving in Manchester, it’s embedding itself right in the beating heart of the city.
What’s Cooking?
If you’ve queued for Eggslut in London — or seen the viral videos — you’ll know what’s coming. Their menu sticks to the formula that made them a cult favourite: beautifully messy, comforting breakfast sandwiches where eggs take centre stage.

Expect classics like:
- Bacon, Egg & Cheese — the OG icon
- Fairfax — loaded with buttery soft scrambled eggs, caramelised onions, cheddar, chives and sriracha mayo in a brioche bun
- Truffle Hash Browns — the crunchy, indulgent side that social media can’t get enough of
And making its Manchester debut:

- French Toast Sticks — thick-cut brioche, golden fried, tossed in cinnamon sugar and served with a dreamy maple custard.
There’s also the brand’s signature drinks lineup: a special Kiss the Hippo coffee blend, uber-fresh orange juice, cold brews and matcha made fresh on site.
Eggslut… but Make It Manchester
One of the most interesting additions for the new location is catering. Eggslut will be serving up mini slider versions of their famous buns — perfect for offices, shoots, meetings and events. After experimenting with catering in 2025, the team spotted a demand that wasn’t being met and decided Manchester was the ideal place to go big with it. (eggslut UK)

A Brand on the Move
Eggslut first broke into the UK scene at Taste of London in 2019 before opening its debut restaurant on Portobello Road. Six years later, they’re now firmly woven into the fabric of London’s food culture, with locations in Fitzrovia, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street, Stratford, Market Halls Victoria and Canary Wharf. Manchester marks the start of their next chapter — spreading the egg-y love further across the UK. (eggslut)
What the Team Says
Pedro Ribeiro, Eggslut’s Head of Ops, couldn’t be clearer:
“Manchester has been crying out for an Eggslut for too long… The city is the perfect place to bring our kind of breakfast to a brand new area of the UK and we cannot wait to join such a fast-paced and buzzing food scene.”
Bruntwood SciTech’s Matt Pazos is just as excited:
“We’re delighted to be welcoming the first Eggslut outside of London to Manchester… We know it will fast become a go-to spot for locals, visitors and businesses based in Centurion House.”
