What makes TYGA stand out is its ability to strike that balance between authenticity and modern refinement — respecting traditional flavours while presenting them in a way that feels polished and relevant to today’s dining scene.


First Impressions – Stylish, Opulent and Inviting

Step inside TYGA and you’re immediately met with a striking interior. Black and gold tones create a sense of understated glamour, while the table settings subtly nod to Indian opulence.

Despite the luxurious feel, the space remains warm and welcoming. Comfortable booth seating encourages you to relax and settle in — exactly what you want from a restaurant built around sharing plates and long, sociable meals.


Starters – Bold Flavours and Standout Dishes

The meal began on a high note with the Pav Bhaji Supreme, a dish that perfectly captured the essence of Indian comfort food. Rich, warming and beautifully spiced, the mashed vegetable curry paired effortlessly with a soft, buttered pav roll — indulgent, nostalgic and deeply satisfying.

The Lasooni TYGA King Prawns delivered a punchier profile. Sweet, tender prawns were elevated by bold garlic notes and a vibrant squeeze of lemon, bringing balance and brightness to every bite. They were so moreish they disappeared almost instantly.

The Grand Heritage Chicken Tikka offered a more refined approach. Subtler in spice but full of flavour, the generous pieces of chicken were perfectly cooked — juicy, tender and showcasing the kitchen’s attention to detail.


Mains – Depth, Comfort and a True Showstopper

The mains continued the strong momentum, delivering both comfort and complexity.

The Tadka Heritage Dal was silky, rich and packed with flavour — a beautifully executed staple with just the right level of spice to keep you going back for more.

The standout dish of the evening, however, was the Heritage Overnight Lamb Shank Nihari. Slower and more delicate in its spice profile, it focused on deep, rich flavours, with the lamb cooked to perfection — falling off the bone and melting in the mouth. A genuine wow-factor dish and one that defines the experience at TYGA.


Service & Atmosphere – Polished Yet Relaxed

Service throughout was attentive, well-paced and genuinely welcoming, complementing the overall dining experience without ever feeling intrusive.

Combined with the restaurant’s inviting atmosphere, it creates a space where everything flows naturally — from the first dish to the last.
